Position Profile

Reason for the vacancy
  • New created position for development of business activities in Iran.

Job Objectives
  • To start and develop own activities in Iran, establish an own subsidiary/office in Teheran.

  • Strategical Planning
  • Further development of the organization

  • Leading and effective development of sales & service
  • Built up own local production
  • Expand company’s market position and gain market shares

Position within the company hierarchy
  • The positions owner reports to “Area Manager International Sales”

Team work
  • Close cooperation with all relevant departments of the parent group, 
    customers and partners.

Requirement Profile
Education
  • Degree in industrial engineering and/or a Masters degree in business administration/MBA
  • Extended knowledge through professional experience and further education.

Professional experience
  • Business development in industrial sales and service.
  • Experience in managing branches, companies and employees
  • Profound knowledge of the IRAN market in building construction and planning industry sector
  • Knowledge of heating & air conditioning industry is a plus

Special skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of local business environment
  • Knowledge of local fiscal and tax regulations
  • Experience in communication with governmental authorities and institutions.
