Job Objectives
  • Overall responsibility for development of global Operations
    & Maintenance business and leadership of Global OM Team
Responsibility:
  • Global P&L responsibility for OM Business
  • Disciplinary and functional leadership responsibility for Global
    OM organization with approx. 1100 employees

Main tasks
  • Overall responsibility for further development of global Operation
    & Maintenance business 
  • Global OM P&L responsibility 
  • Definition and execution of service strategy 
  • Portfolio management 
  • Development of new OM products / initiatives to enter new markets 
  • Development of innovative contract models 
  • Customer relationship management for major customers 
  • Responsibility for major O&M contract negotiations 
  • Budget and Headcount planning for global OM 
  • Driving operational performance in the OM business 
  • Development and Roll out of strategic projects to enhance our
    O&M processes 
  • Roll out of global HSE programs 
  • Continuous optimization of OM organizational set up 
  • Securing and continuous optimization of interfaces to other business
    units of the company 
  • Leading projects to increase fleet availability 
  • Leading projects to decrease downtime 
  • Leadership and steering of our O&M entities around the globe 
  • Ensuring compliance with QHSE rules and regulation and implementation
    of improvement measures 
  • Best practice sharing 
  • Set up and implementation of relevant and meaningful KPIs
  • Leadership, selection and development of direct reports 
  • Definition of roles and responsibilities of countryre-sponsible
    Head of Services and OM central function (PMS, Optimization,
    Operational Support ) 
  • Conducting yearly talent management process and succession planning

  • Disciplinary to: CTO 
  • Functionally to: CTO

  • Other interfaces: EB, Peers, Hub MDs, customers, suppliers

Team work
  • Closely working together with Sales, Supply Chain,
    Project Management and Financial Department

Travel
  • 40-50%, mainly in the European Union

Requirement Profile

Education
  • Technical or Economic university degree (MSc), preferably
    with an MBA

Professional experience
  • >10 years
  • >5 years in an intercultural environment
