Assistant Accounting & Office Management (m/f/d) Full-time or Part-time

Our client is the subsidiary of a Japanese trading company which specialises in a variety of products ranging from special steel, non-ferrous metals, electric and electronic parts, chemical products machinery, tools and more. A key industry which they supply is the automotive industry.

Your tasks

In this position you support the accounting as well as office management departments and/or logistic department

  • Close communication with stakeholders such as the tax advisors and the auditors
  • Support in general administrative tasks (office organization, mail management, etc.)
  • Invoice creation and confirmation

Your profile

  • University degree or completed vocational training
  • Experience in working at a company such as in office management and/or assistance in bookkeeping is very beneficial, but not mandatory
  • Accurate documentation control as well as strong MS Office skills
  • Language skills: Business fluent in Japanese & English, German skills are welcome but not mandatory
  • Sociable and open-minded personality with the ability to work independently as well as in an international team
