Quality Assurance and Technical Support (m/f/d)

Our client is the German subsidiary of a globally successful Japanese Automotive supplier located in Frankfurt area.

Your tasks

Quality Assurance

  • Response to contacts from customers due to quality relating events
  • Collect information and sample to understand the detailed situation
  • Communication interface between customer and Quality Team in Japan about the investigation plan / results, report and required actions to close the event
  • Support and accompany customer’s visit to the factory
  • Take part in weekly company meetings, internal updates / reports

Quality and Technical Support
  • Communication with customers about technical and quality relating subject for customer satisfaction and enhancement of relationship in collaboration with team in Japan
  • Arrange meeting with proper internal Technical Team
  • Update the general status of Quality and Technical Support relating activity in proper meeting

Project Management
  • Project Management of European Supply Chain Products
  • Manage quality and technology related communication between customer and internal departments to successfully complete activity for nomination and launch of mass production
  • Update the situation of each project to management

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training or university degree
  • Experience in project management, quality assurance and automotive indus-try very welcome, but not a must – there will be on-the-job training
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, good communication skills in Japanese, German skills advantageous
  • Good communication and relationship building skills
