HR Generalist and Recruiting Manager (m/f/d)

Our client is a leading provider of innovative heat pump solutions for electromobility and is establishing itself in the European automotive market as part of a renowned parent company. With a major project secured with a German OEM over the next decade, our client enjoys a secure future of sustained growth.

As part of the execution plan, they are building a fully automated factory for heat pumps in Southern Germany headquartered in Munich. With a team of 70 employees, they aim to become a key automotive supplier for electric vehicle transportation.

Your tasks

  • Taking charge of executing and adapting the HR management plan for the modern factory environment
  • Coordinating efficient recruitment procedures and implementing onboarding structures for new employees across various departments, including quality, logistics, production, finance, and IT
  • Designing innovative remuneration structures, performance evaluation systems, and employee retention strategies to foster a motivated workforce
  • Aiming to a communicative environment that encourages collaboration and creativity
  • Collaborating closely with the company's management team and the parent company to ensure structural alignment

Your profile

  • University degree focusing on business or related studies
  • At least two years of hands-on experience in HR management or recruiting, ideally within companies operating in a similar industry
  • Familiarity with German labor law would be advantageous
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and German, additional languages are a plus
  • Self-organized and communicative personailty embracing responsibility
